Tyler was a great help making my appointment scheduling as a new patient as smooth as possible. The staff are great and were willing to answer any and all of my questions regarding my appointment and possible treatment options that were available to me.

I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience at Dentists of Metairie. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, valued, and completely at ease. Tyler and Lanie, two amazing and helpful health care coordinators, at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They greeted me with genuine warmth and kindness, making my check-in effortless and stress-free. There’s something so reassuring about walking into a dental office and immediately being met with smiles and patience instead of rushed energy and they set that tone perfectly. Kailen, a very lively and understanding dental hygienist and Dr. Sorokolit handled my cleaning, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were thorough, gentle, and incredibly attentive. They explained everything they were doing in a way that made me feel informed and empowered rather than anxious. You can tell they truly care about their patients, not just about doing their job, but about making sure you feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. What stood out most to me was how sweet and supportive everyone on the team was. The entire office has this calm, positive energy that makes every dental visit feel surprisingly pleasant. I felt genuinely cared for in their hands, not like “just another patient,” but like someone they were invested in helping. If you’re looking for a dental office where professionalism meets compassion, this is it. I left feeling clean, confident, and grateful. I’m so happy I found them, I would give 10 stars if I could! 💛
