Walking into the office, I was extremely nervous and filled with anxiety. From the moment I arrived, Ms. Shirley greeted me with such a warm smile that it immediately made me feel a little more at ease, despite my hesitation. One of the dental techs took my X-rays, and I was still anxious because I knew it had been a very long time since my last cleaning. As my appointment continued, Ms. Karen completed my exam and found several concerns, which made me even more nervous. Mr. Dillion then came in to thoroughly explain his findings, answer my questions, and discuss treatment recommendations in a way that was clear and compassionate. After hearing everything, I completely broke down. In that moment, Ms. Tonya, Ms. Karen, and Mr. Dillion surrounded me with so much kindness, patience, and support. They didn’t just treat my teeth they cared for me as a person. The rest of the office staff was just as attentive, compassionate, and encouraging throughout my visit. Thank you all for making what I thought would be one of my worst experiences at the dentist into one where I felt seen, supported, and cared for. I truly appreciate the professionalism, empathy, and exceptional care your entire team provided. I highly recommend this office to anyone, especially if dental anxiety has kept you from getting the care you need.
