I had a very pleasant experience here. It was my first time having a procedure done outside of my regular dentist’s office, and I was a bit nervous since I was referred for a root canal retreat. However, from the moment I walked in, the service was top tier. I was warmly greeted and taken care of by Tee. Tonya was incredibly helpful with my financial planning and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Theriot and Caleb were both very professional and patient, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Herbert made me feel completely at ease with her soothing voice, and I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure. To top it all off, I even received a cookie at the end of my visit since I was there for a while! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. Amazing experience from start to finish! I felt comfortable, cared for, and confident in the dental work I received.
